🌱 Who is it for?
Do you long to think less and feel more connected to your body?
During this small-scale breathing circle, we invite you on an inner journey. Through connected breathing, you create a deep, flowing breath that helps you release trapped tension, emotions, and stress. You breathe under professional guidance, and everything that arises is welcome.
What you can expect:
• A safe and intimate setting with a maximum of 6 to 12 participants.
• A deeper connection with your body and intuition.
• The opportunity to process emotions and thoughts.
• A feeling of deep peace, clarity, and inner balance.
Everything is stored in your body, and with this powerful breathing technique, you will discover what is truly alive and what you can let go.
Important note:
Participation in a connected breathing session is not suitable in the following cases:
• During pregnancy
• If you have epilepsy
• If you have serious heart conditions
• If you have a history of psychosis
