Who am I?
💚 My name is Anton.
Breath coach, space holder, and lifelong student of consciousness and inner work.
As an executive in the aviation industry—an environment where focus, responsibility, and constant mental alertness are essential—I felt a growing need to deepen the connection with myself. Not only to function well, but to remain truly present in my body and in my experience, and therefore in the present moment.
That search led me to ICF coach training, a deepening in Eric Dowsett’s Clearing (www.ericdowsett.com), regular silent retreats, and an ongoing study of Buddhist wisdom. Again and again, the same gateway proved central: our breath.
Breathing is the only bodily function that can be influenced both automatically and consciously. Scientific research shows that conscious breathing activates the parasympathetic nervous system, supporting recovery, relaxation, and emotional regulation. In this way, the breath becomes a key for guiding the nerve system from a state of survival into a state of safety and connection.
Breathwork has given me many insights that helped me loosen the grip of the past and truly let go.
It has made my life gentler, more authentic, and clearer.
In a world that often feels on edge, I wish that experience for everyone.
