🌿 What is conscious connected breathing?

Conscious connected breathing is a powerful breathing technique in which you breathe in and out without pausing. The breath flows together as one, like a wave-like movement.

 

This way of breathing can help you to:

 

• Relax deeply and release stress

• Gently release trapped emotions

• Increase your energy level

• Experience more clarity and space in your head

• Reconnect with your body

 

It is a simple technique, but its effects can be profound and transformative.

 

You don’t have to do or achieve anything, you just have to breathe. The rest will unfold naturally.

1-op-1 sessies

In een zachte, veilige ruimte neem ik je mee op een persoonlijke ademreis. We stemmen steeds af op jouw tempo en op wat jouw lichaam laat zien.

Meestal doe ik een traject van zes sessies met een paar weken tussen iedere sessie.

Duo sessies

Samen ademen brengt verbinding, vertrouwen en verdieping. Perfect voor partners, vrienden of familieleden die dit samen willen ervaren.

Ademcirkels

In een kleine veilige groep van zes tot twaalf deelnemers ademen we samen. De groep draagt en ondersteunt je. Je hoeft niks te doen, alleen te ademen.

One-on-one sessions

In a gentle, safe space, I will take you on a personal breathing journey. We will always adjust to your pace and what your body shows us.

I usually do a series of six sessions with a few weeks between each session.

Duo sessions

Breathing together brings connection, trust, and depth. Perfect for partners, friends, family members or colleagues who want to experience this together.

Breathing circles

We breathe together in a small, safe group of six to twelve participants. The group carries and supports you. You don't have to do anything, just breathe.
